Technology Incident Manager – Onsite in Cleveland, OH, Albany, NY, or Buffalo, NY

We’re seeking a dedicated Technology Incident Manager to join a dynamic team supporting critical enterprise systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, manage high-impact incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. While in-person support is preferred at locations in Cleveland, Albany, or Buffalo, remote candidates will be considered—please note interviews will require onsite presence if selected. Key Details:

• Pay Rate: $50.00 - $56.00 per hour
• Worksite: Cleveland, OH / Albany, NY / Buffalo, NY
• Hours: Standard shift from 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST, supporting 24/7 on-call responsibilities
• Duration: 09/28/2026 – 08/13/2027

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience managing technical projects or incidents
• Proven experience in leading cross-departmental troubleshooting efforts
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, networks, and application development
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and incident management best practices
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and executive updates

Preferred Certifications:

• ITIL Certification or equivalent incident management credentials
