What you can expect
- You act as the strategic HR partner for the EVS Board leadership team and serve as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters.
- You lead the annual people planning cycle, including organizational design, workforce planning, capability management, and succession planning.
- You challenge and shape business strategy from a people perspective, proactively addressing capacity, capability, and retention risks.
- You drive and support complex transformation initiatives, including restructurings, integrations, market expansions, and operating model changes.
- You advise leaders on sensitive employee matters, including performance management, leadership transitions, and separation processes.
- You own talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles and partner with stakeholders to advance the leadership development agenda.
- You foster a high-performance culture, coach leaders on effective people management, and support Talent Acquisition with compelling talent messaging.
- You optimize organizational effectiveness by shaping structures, analyzing workforce metrics, and implementing targeted people initiatives.
- You lead and develop the HRBP team, driving performance, capability building, collaboration, and career development.
- You collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Controlling, HR Operations, and Centers of Excellence to deliver impactful people solutions.
- You bring several years of experience as a senior HR Business Partner or HR Director, ideally within an international and matrix-organized company.
- You have a proven track record of advising Board and C-level executives and leading complex organizational transformation initiatives.
- You possess strong expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and succession planning.
- You have experience leading and developing HRBP teams across multiple European markets.
- You excel at communication, stakeholder management, and building trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization.
- You combine strategic thinking with a strong commercial mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
- You are fluent in English, with additional European language skills considered an advantage.
- You are willing to travel regularly across Europe.
- You have an interest in, or experience with, the market dynamics of the Energy and Value-added Services sector.
- You thrive in international, fast-paced environments and successfully navigate complex business and people challenges.
