Datadog is looking for an Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment to provide exemplary support for various high level executives located in our Sydney Office and across other APJ offices.
This highly visible and professional position requires diligent attention to detail, impeccable time management skills, and an ability to multitask. This role reports directly to the Manager, Executive Support.

What You’ll Do:
- Maintain executive calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, arrange calls, dinners, events, etc.
- Act as gatekeeper between executives and their stakeholders
- Collaborate with your executives stakeholders and understanding priorities within the business
- Maintain executives expense reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements - air/ground transportation (domestic and international)
- Inbox management (review and monitor emails on a daily basis)
- Manage/Support Quarterly All Hands Calls/Decks and Sales Reviews
- Attend weekly leadership meetings and record action items
- Arrange translation services
- Perform a wide variety of administrative and support duties on behalf of executives including managing time sensitive and confidential documents
- Work with the Executive Support Team on projects related to new hires, events, office functions, socials, offsite meetings, etc.
- 5 years of executive support experience including at least 3 years supporting multiple high-level leaders
- Tech-savvy with a strong interest in using technology to improve work efficiency
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Someone with high integrity who can maintain complete confidentiality on all business matters
- Even-tempered, kind and respectful; able to remain calm under pressure
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely in, both verbally and in writing
- Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- A great multitasker and team player
