About the Role

We are seeking a Purchasing / Buyer to support raw material procurement and production planning within a manufacturing environment. This full-time, on-site role focuses on aligning purchasing activities with both in-house and contract manufacturing operations to ensure uninterrupted production and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure raw materials and production-related supplies
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing and terms
• Track inventory levels and align purchasing with production schedules
• Analyze market trends to optimize sourcing strategies and costs
• Maintain effective inventory control processes
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards and applicable quality requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (required)
• 3+ years of purchasing / buying experience, preferably within a manufacturing or chemical environment
• Experience with bulk purchasing and production planning
• Proficiency with ERP systems
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
• Experience purchasing chemical raw materials is a plus
