For our Finance team in Krautheim, we are looking for a dedicated full-time professional to join us as soon as possible. In this role, you will contribute your expertise in financial accounting and actively help drive the development of our finance processes.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Independently manage day-to-day financial accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting.
- Review, code, and post business transactions, reconcile accounts, and clarify outstanding items.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB) and provide reporting to the Group.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Process payments and support liquidity management.
- Work closely with the HR, Purchasing, Production, and Sales departments.
- Communicate with suppliers, auditors, tax authorities, and other external partners.
- Participate in finance, ERP, and digitalization projects, while continuously optimizing processes and structures.
- Permanent employment contract with an internationally successful company.

A suitable background would be the following in terms of qualifications and experiences:
- Completed commercial/business training with further qualification in accounting, or a comparable qualification, or a degree with a focus on Finance/Accounting.
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting under German GAAP (HGB); knowledge of IFRS is an advantage.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
- Analytical mindset, structured working style, and strong affinity for numbers.
- Initiative, sense of responsibility, and a team-oriented approach.
- Good German and English language skills.

Finanzbuchhaltung einbringt und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanz-prozesse aktiv mitgestaltet.
Accountant / Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhal-tung (Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung)
- Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Geschäftsvorfällen sowie Abstimmung von Konten und Klärung offener Posten
- Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB sowie Reporting an den Konzern
- Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung, Forecasts und Finanzanalysen
- Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Unterstützung im Liquidi-tätsmanagement
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Personal, Einkauf, Pro-duktion und Vertrieb
- Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, Wirtschaftsprüfern, Finanzbehör-den und weiteren externen Partnern
- Mitarbeit an Finance-, ERP- und Digitalisierungsprojekten sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen und Strukturen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Rechnungswesen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealer-weise in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB, IFRS-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Microsoft Dy-namics 365, sowie MS Office
- Analytische Denkweise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Zah-lenaffinität
- Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamorientierung
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
