The opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the execution and delivery of Grid Integration projects in Vietnam. The role is responsible for coordinating project activities, managing customer and stakeholder interfaces, and ensuring project delivery in accordance with contractual, technical, quality, schedule and cost requirements. The position will support current orders and upcoming opportunities while contributing to the continued growth of the Grid Integration business in Vietnam.
How you'll make an impact:
You will coordinate and execute assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle, from order handover to project completion.
- You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in compliance with contractual and quality requirements.
- You will act as the primary interface between customers, project teams and key stakeholders.
- You will coordinate engineering, procurement, factory, site and commissioning activities to support successful project execution.
- You will monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and drive mitigation actions when required.
- You will prepare and maintain project schedules, cost forecasts, progress reports and project documentation.
- You will support contract management, change management and claim management activities.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Grid Integration, High Voltage, Grid Automation, Transformer and Hub organizations to ensure effective project delivery.
- You will contribute to continuous improvement of project execution practices and customer satisfaction.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in electrical infrastructure, industrial, renewable EPC, or energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, risk management, and financial control.
- Experience collaborating with customers, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English; PMI/PMP certification is an advantage.
