This role will focus on building and maintaining internal and customer-facing applications that support key areas of our business. You will work closely with senior developers, product stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions with a primary focus on our backend-driven Next.js/C# application and new tooling built within a larger connected system. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications that meet the needs of the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our software remains current and competitive.
- Document development processes, code changes, and other technical information.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a software
- Experience with C#/.NET for backend
- Experience with React and a solid understanding of modern JS frameworks; js experience is a strong plus.
- Experience building or consuming GraphQL
- Experience with PostgreSQL or relational databases, including writing raw SQL queries.
- Familiarity with modern development practices: Git, code reviews, CI/CD
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized
- Ability to work independently on well-defined tasks with minimal
- Solid understanding of core mathematical
- Experience with Next.js App Router, Apollo Client, or TanStack Query.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s) and cloud-managed container workloads.
- Experience with Azure services (AKS, ACR, Key Vault, Entra ID / MSAL authentication).
- Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tooling.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Background or interest in the HVAC industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
