Indexed description

We're looking for a Product Operations apprentice to take ownership of the operational backbone of our product team — QA and release — and free our PMs to focus on shaping and discovery. You'll report to Fabien, our Lead PM, and work with his squads.

🛠 The team

You'll join a product team of 10 across our Paris and Nantes offices: 7 PMs, 6 designers and 1 data analyst — working hand-in-hand with the tech team (40+ people across Paris, Nantes and remote). We ship continuously through 5-week Shape Up cycles with a strict Definition of Done.

Dashdoc deliver multiple products:

  • Web applications: TMS, Flow, Wam, Crossdock…

  • a Mobile app (for truckers)

  • a public API

  • an AI stack for agents

💻 The tools and technologies we use
  • Delivery & docs: Linear, Notion, GitHub, Intercom

  • Customer signal & data: Harvestr, Metabase, Mixpanel, Screeb,

  • Feature flags: ConfigCat

  • AI: Dust, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor… the list keeps growing — and you'll help us push automation further

🚀 Your mission

We're looking for a Product Operations apprentice to make our delivery faster and more reliable — and to turn improvised operational work into a documented, scalable system. In this role, you'll have the chance to:

  1. Ensure the quality of what we ship: Run the QA test plans co-written with a Product Manager across all pitches in a cycle. Surface bugs and edge cases — including the domain-specific ones — prioritize them, and follow up with developers through to resolution.

  2. Own the release of our pitches: Run the Definition of Done release checklist end-to-end for shipped pitches — changelog, internal FAQ, translation coordination, internal & external promotion, sales and CS enablement — so PMs review the output instead of producing it.

  3. Standardize and automate the operational backbone: Turn these recurring tasks into documented, repeatable runbooks, then work with the Lead PM to identify what can be templated or automated with AI agents.

As you gain autonomy, you'll be trusted with more product-management work — discovery and delivery. A good path if you’re looking for a Product Management role.

🙌 We’ll enjoy working together if you are…
  • Rigorous & detail-obsessed: You have a real QA mindset — you don't sign off on "looks fine," and you hunt edge cases.

  • Autonomous & process-minded: You take initiative and instinctively turn one-off tasks into repeatable runbooks.

  • A fast learner: You ramp quickly on a complex B2B domain (transport / TMS). Domain knowledge is a plus; the ability to acquire it fast is a must.

  • Tool-curious: You're comfortable with product and data tools, and genuinely excited about light automation and AI.

  • A strong communicator: You collaborate effectively across teams, in clear written English.

  • Ambitious: You see Product Ops as your way into product management — and you want to grow into it.

💁 What we offer
  • Make an impact: Be part of a fast-growing scale-up transforming the logistics industry — and helping the planet by reducing emissions in freight.

  • Connect with users: You'll even ride along in a truck during your first week to truly understand their needs!

  • Learn from a senior product team: Direct mentorship from the Lead PM and exposure to the full Shape Up cycle — shaping, discovery, delivery.

  • Own your work: Real responsibility from day one, with the autonomy to bring your ideas to life.

  • MacBook Pro

  • 100% health coverage by Dashdoc

  • Monthly meal allowance (9€/day, 60% paid by Dashdoc)

  • Offices in Paris, Nantes, Antwerp, Madrid and Boston

  • A diverse and international environment (we speak English by default)

  • A stimulating industry (road freight): you'll work with people passionate about their job — and expect the same from you!

  1. Resume review: Let's see what you've done so far and how motivated you are. I’m more interested by what you did on the side than by your school and degrees.

  2. Quick intro call in English (20 min): I'll get to know you and your career goals.

  3. Deep dive (1 hr) with Fabien: Your experience, your way of working, a look at the role and some exercise to test your skills.

  4. Final chat with the team: Let's make sure it's the perfect fit!
