As an Engineering Support Specialist II - Electrical Drafting, here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will provide essential technical support and expertise to engineering teams, helping to ensure the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will play a key role in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance engineering processes and product performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain electrical drawings and schematics in AutoCAD for aerospace test equipment.
- Work closely with engineers and designers to support the development and qualification of new aerospace products.
- Ensure all drafting documentation complies with industry standards and internal quality requirements.
- Assist in updating and revising existing electrical documentation as needed.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical input relating to drafting and documentation.
YOU MUST HAVE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years’ experience in electrical drafting, specifically using AutoCAD.
- Understanding of electrical drafting principles and standards.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ability to analyze technical data and develop actionable project plans to meet objectives
WE VALUE
- Experience with mechanical design in a 3D modeling environment such as Solidworks or Siemens NX.
- Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and test equipment design.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in process improvement and engineering project support.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
