Role Description & Responsibilities

• Understand customer business needs and processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose solutions using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Communicate the business value of proposed solutions through customer presentations, demonstrations, business scenarios, and relevant KPIs.
• Work closely with sales teams and partners to develop solution proposals, respond to RFx, and prepare and deliver customer-specific demonstrations.
• Engage with customer stakeholders and decision-makers throughout the sales process, while supporting sales teams and partners in effectively positioning and using the solutions.
• Develop expertise in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and relevant industry solutions, and share knowledge and best practices with colleagues, partners, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in 3D CAD design for civil engineering, infrastructure, naval architecture, or offshore structures, or experience in proposing and implementing related CAD solutions
• Experience with visual scripting or programming
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business challenges
• Native level of Japanese to communicate with clients and internal stake holders
