Senior Associate, Specialist, Fixed Income Sales, Global Financial Markets, Global Financial Markets

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including asset managers, insurance companies, and corporate treasuries, to understand their investment needs and objectives
• Provide market insights, trade ideas, and investment recommendations to clients, helping them navigate the fixed income markets
• Collaborate with the trading desk to execute client transactions and ensure timely and efficient order execution
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth and market share
• Contribute to the team's efforts in generating new business opportunities and expanding the client base
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients

• 5 years of experience in fixed income sales or a related field
• Strong understanding of fixed income products, including government bonds, corporate bonds, and structured products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex financial information to clients
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments
• Proficient in using financial analysis tools and market data platforms
