Are you a highly entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives on building business from the ground up?

HSO is expanding our Data & AI business across Asia, and we are looking for a driven Sales Manager in Taipei to lead market development for Microsoft Azure Data & AI, Agentic AI Solutions, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, and next-generation Agentic ERP (Dynamics 365) offerings.

This is not a role for someone who needs daily direction. We are looking for a self-starter who can identify opportunities, create executive relationships, build a pipeline, and close strategic deals independently.

What You Will Do

• Drive new business development across Taiwan.
• Sell Azure Data Platform, Microsoft Fabric, AI & GenAI solutions, Copilot, Agentic AI, and Agentic ERP (Dynamics 365) offerings.
• Build and execute your own territory and account strategy.
• Establish executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and business leaders.
• Generate qualified pipeline through networking, events, partnerships, and direct engagement.
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract closure.
• Collaborate with Microsoft and strategic partners to create joint opportunities.
• Accurately forecast and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Help organizations transform their operations through data, AI, automation, and intelligent business applications.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

• 5+ years of B2B enterprise technology sales experience.
• Proven success selling cloud, data, AI, ERP, CRM, analytics, or business application solutions.
• Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience engaging C-level and senior business decision-makers.
• Strong consultative and value-selling capabilities.
• Ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles.

Preferred Experience

• Experience selling Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365, Copilot, Power Platform, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar technologies.
• Prior experience in Data & AI, Analytics, Cloud Platform, ERP, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Existing relationships within Taiwan's enterprise market.
• Experience working alongside Microsoft field teams and partner ecosystems.
