Sales Support Specialist - Hospitality Technology, Remote

In this role, you will support the hospitality sales organization and its INNCOM and Onity portfolio by helping the team operate efficiently, consistently, and with strong commercial discipline. You will combine sales operations capabilities with an understanding of technical sales and hospitality market dynamics. Working with Sales, Operations, R&D, Engineering, Product Marketing, partners, and customer-facing stakeholders, you will improve process execution, maintain reliable data and reporting, support proposal and integration activities, and provide insights that help the sales team identify, develop, and advance opportunities. Your impact will be measured through the quality of sales support, forecast and pipeline accuracy, timely reporting, effective use of sales tools, and the ability to help the team deliver a strong customer experience across hospitality opportunities.
