The role
As a Head of Asset Management Data and Digital, you’ll lead the strategy, governance and transformation of asset information across the business. This is a highly influential leadership role, responsible for ensuring asset data is trusted, accessible and capable of driving better operational and business decisions throughout the asset lifecycle.
Day-to-day, you’ll act as the business owner for enterprise asset management information systems while driving digital transformation, analytics capability and the adoption of innovative technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how data and digital technologies support the future of asset management, while developing your leadership profile within a global organisation.
- Developing and maintaining the asset information strategy aligned to business objectives and operational requirements.
- Leading enterprise-wide data governance, information quality and data standards initiatives.
- Owning business requirements and strategic roadmaps for enterprise asset management and digital asset management platforms.
- Building advanced analytics capabilities and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
- Driving digital innovation, including the adoption of emerging technologies, artificial intelligence and predictive analytics.
Essential experience of the Head of Asset Management Data and Digital
- Significant leadership experience within data management, information management or digital asset management functions.
- Experience managing enterprise asset information systems and associated data environments.
- Proven experience implementing data governance frameworks and data quality improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrable success delivering analytics, digital transformation or technology-enabled business change programmes.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across complex organisations.
- Degree in Information Management, Data Science, Engineering, Asset Management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Chartered professional qualification.
- Institute of Asset Management Diploma or equivalent.
