PERM Supply Chain Manager – Medical Device

Knoxville, Tn – On Site | Permanent | Full-Time | $110,000-125,000

Intro

A contract medical device company is seeking a corporate supply chain manager to oversee manufacturing sites located in TN. This role is responsible for improving planning discipline, cross-functional alignment, supply and capacity forecasting, and operational execution in support of business objectives and customer commitments

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and ongoing management of a standardized SIOP process across all business units and manufacturing locations
• Facilitate SIOP, KPIs, and reporting tools to support decision-making and operational visibility.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 6-10 years supply chain experience in regulated environment
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft D365
• Experience within medical device, pharmaceuticals, or another highly regulated industry
• Experience implementing or improving SIOP/IBP processes within a multi-site manufacturing organization
• Experience with ERP systems and planning tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Kinaxis, NetSuite, etc.)

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing and distribution operations
• Analytical expertise developing executive-level reporting and KPI dashboards
• APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP, or IBF certification preferred
