Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM) – B2B / Builder Accounts


Role Overview

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing strategic builder relationships, and ensuring seamless cross-functional execution to deliver business outcomes. This role requires strong ownership of financial targets, operational excellence, and team leadership to scale B2B partnerships effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales / key account management, preferably in real estate, interiors, or allied industries
  • Experience working with builder/developer accounts is highly desirable
