How You'll Make An Impact
- Design and develop applications using C# and modern .NET.
- Build scalable backend services and REST APIs.
- Define software architecture, engineering standards, and development practices.
- Design secure, maintainable, and resilient software solutions.
- Implement integrations with enterprise platforms and services.
- Influence technology choices and architectural decisions.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation within Azure DevOps.
- Develop cloud-native solutions running on Microsoft Azure.
- Improve observability using Application Insights, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana.
- Strengthen reliability through monitoring, diagnostics, and operational practices.
- Embed quality and testability within solution design and development.
- Explore Azure OpenAI and Semantic Kernel for engineering applications.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong expertise in C# and modern .NET
- Experience building enterprise-grade applications and backend services
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience developing REST APIs and enterprise integrations
- Knowledge of SQL Server and Entity Framework
- Practical experience with Microsoft Azure services
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of software quality, reliability, and operational readiness
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools is an advantage
- Experience with Azure OpenAI or Semantic Kernel is a plus
- Confident communication skills in English
