This role will support senior Operations leadership in driving strategic priorities, aligning key initiatives, and strengthening execution across a fast-paced aerospace environment. The position will help translate operational strategy into measurable outcomes while coordinating across functions and leadership levels. It is well suited for a highly analytical operations leader who can manage complex priorities, influence decision-making, and keep critical work moving forward.
Location: Cocoa Beach, FL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $203,165 – $284,430 annually
Responsibilities
- Participate in developing and refining Operations Strategy aligned with the organization’s goals
- Manage senior leadership strategic priorities and track progress toward goals
- Leverage organizational knowledge to accelerate critical initiatives
- Define and drive KPIs linking functional activity to enterprise outcomes
- Drive special projects and strategic initiatives across Operations, requiring cross-functional coordination
- Oversee crisis response and contingency planning for operational challenges
- Identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Coordinate with Operations leadership to maintain alignment across functions
- Optimize decision-making through research and analysis of key facts from stakeholders
- Serve as a liaison between Operations and other departments
- Prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and briefings
- Support Rhythm of the Business meetings, including preparation and follow-up actions
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field; master’s preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or high-tech operations
- Experience in operations management or similar roles
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong financial acumen, with ability to analyze using ROI and risk metrics
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
