About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a global manufacturing organization to hire an Account Management Representative. This position was created due to continued business growth to continually support customers across the U.S. and Latin America within a global supply chain environment.

Job Description:

The Account Management Representative will act as a primary contact for assigned customers, managing orders from initial entry through final delivery. This role requires strong coordination across internal teams and international partners to ensure customer needs are met accurately, efficiently, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and oversee the full order lifecycle
• Enter, track, and confirm orders while monitoring timelines and capacity
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delivery, and product inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams on forecasting, inventory planning, and logistics coordination
• Address and resolve service issues, escalating when necessary
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience
• Support onboarding and ongoing management of new customer accounts

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field
• Experience supporting product-based businesses and extended supply chains within manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience strongly preferred (Salesforce and/or SAP)
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, self-directed work style
