About the Role

Our client is looking for a Data & Security Expert to design and implement the MyCM Customer Analytical Record (CAR), a strategic customer data platform supporting sales, marketing, personalization, and customer engagement initiatives.

You will work at the intersection of Customer 360, Data Architecture, Security, Privacy, Analytics, and Data Governance, ensuring customer data is securely managed, governed, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Define and implement the MyCM Customer Analytical Record (CAR) model

✅ Translate business needs into customer data models, KPIs, and analytical datasets

✅ Align MyCM CAR with Enterprise CAR and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDWH)

✅ Design customer identity, customer profile, customer behavior, and engagement data models

✅ Drive workshops with Sales, Marketing, Security, Privacy, Architecture, and Data teams

✅ Create data governance, lineage, ownership, and quality frameworks

✅ Define and implement access control models (RBAC/ABAC)

✅ Design consumer access matrices and security policies

✅ Apply privacy, masking, pseudonymization, data classification, and least-privilege principles

✅ Write and validate SQL queries, data transformations, and analytical logic

✅ Support implementation, testing, documentation, and operational handover
