Your Tasks

Development Leadership

• Lead development in C# plugins and custom extensions
• Conduct deep code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Implement solution layering and environment strategies aligned with architectural guidelines
• Support and enforce governance frameworks defined by architecture and platform strategy
• Integration & Performance Oversight
• DevOps & Release Management
• Team Leadership

What We Are Looking For

• Several years of professional CRM development experience
• Multiple years of hands-on Dynamics 365 & Dataverse expertise
• Deep understanding of integration patterns and Azure-based services
• Understanding of scalable enterprise application design
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in logistics or operationally complex industries is a plus
