Senior Fullstack Engineer (Vue/Python)

S-PRO is looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team and work on a product with a strong focus on modern web development and AI-powered functionality.

Requirements

What you’ll do

• Develop features across the full stack using Vue 3 + TypeScript and Python + Django.

• Build and maintain REST APIs with Django REST Framework.

• Work with business logic, data models, and background processing pipelines.

• Design and optimize database schemas and queries.

• Integrate the product with external services and third-party APIs.

• Develop and improve AI-powered product functionality, including LLM-based features, AI agents, retrieval, and evaluation.

• Work with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar solutions in your daily development workflow.

• Write and maintain automated tests using pytest, Vitest, and Playwright.

• Take ownership of features end-to-end, from implementation to delivery.

• Collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django.

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Vue.js and TypeScript.

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and backend architecture.

• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and database design, query optimization, and migrations.

• Experience with background processing and distributed systems.

• Hands-on experience building AI-powered features or products using LLMs, agents, retrieval/RAG, evaluation, or related technologies.

• Daily experience working with AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.

• Experience working with complex systems, third-party integrations, and real-world data.

• Good understanding of UI/UX and ability to build user-friendly interfaces.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or other regulated industries.

• Experience with OpenSearch.

• Experience with Playwright.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and AWS.
