TCS is seeking a Data Engineer to support the design, development, implementation, and optimization of modern data platforms and analytics solutions within enterprise environments.


The Data Engineer will collaborate with data architects, analytics teams, business stakeholders, and cloud engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines, support data lake and data warehouse architectures, enable real-time and batch data processing, and deliver high-quality data solutions that drive business insights and decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python, SQL, and PySpark.
  • Build and optimize data lake and data warehouse solutions.
  • Design and support ETL/ELT processes for data integration.
  • Develop batch and real-time processing solutions using Kafka and Pub/Sub.
  • Work with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Dataproc, Dataflow, and Databricks.
  • Integrate and manage data across relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Collaborate with analytics, BI, and business teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, performance, scalability, and reliability across data platforms.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Availability for full-time employment.
  • Portuguese nice to have.


Location

Mexico City, Querétaro, Guadalajara, or Monterrey.
