We are seeking a Senior Application Support Specialist to work in a hybrid model in Mexico City.

Job title: Senior Application Support Specialist

Duration: 12 months plus extensions

Start date: as soon as possible

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

Key Required Skills:

· English at a professional level.

· Role: L2 Application Support with past experience related to cloud

· Key Technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, MongoDB, Kafka.

· Cloud Experience: Azure, AWS, or GCP experience is highly preferred.

· Understanding of Kafka

· Experience with monitoring and alerting solutions.

· Knowledge of Elastic, Splunk, Dynatrace, or New Relic is valuable.

· Good understanding of observability concepts and best practices.

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
