Machine Learning Operations Engineer

TCS is looking for an MLOps Engineer

Work modality: Hybrid

(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week)

Job summary:

Technical Skills

• DAB-based CI/CD standard wired into GitHub Actions, documented and repeatable
• ABAC enforcement pattern built into Unity Catalog at the platform layer
• MLOps path to production: MLflow registry, model serving, monitoring, rollback
• Databricks AI Gateway config: rate limiting, audit logging, endpoint governance
• Genie/Mosaic integration: metric views in Unity Catalog, extensible by the team
• Runbook per pattern: operable by a senior engineer without prior context

Must-have

• Databricks enterprise production: Delta Lake, DLT, Lakeflow, DABs. Real tenure, not coursework. Unity Catalog ABAC: the differentiator. ABAC design, column-level lineage, row filters, or dynamic views for access enforcement. RBAC-only is a no.
• MLOps in production: MLflow, model registry, serving, monitoring, rollback. Must cite a rollback executed.
• DevOps core: GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, Terraform, environment promotion, secrets management.
• Azure depth: IAM, networking, RBAC at Azure layer and how it composes with Unity Catalog.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Databricks AI Gateway, MCP, agent/LLM serving
• Genie or Mosaic AI against a governed semantic layer
• Informatica, Synapse, or legacy warehouse migration
• System tables, cost attribution, FinOps guardrails
