D365 CRM Developer

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, custom actions, and business process flows.
• Create and customize forms, entities, views, dashboards, and security roles.
• Develop client-side scripting using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Build integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Services, and .NET technologies.
• Develop Power Automate flows and Power Apps solutions.
• Work with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management for integrations.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders.
• Follow best practices for CRM development, security, and deployment.
