Account Operations Specialist – Local Media

Position Description

As an Account Operations Specialist, you will support the Account Operations Manager by updating documentation, tracking information accurately, and following up on internal tasks and ongoing projects. This role also includes handling basic Media Associate tasks, serving as the main contact for billing inquiries, and acting as a liaison to our accounting department.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational abilities, proficiency in team collaboration, and aptitude for managing several projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Performing core Media Associate tasks as needed
• Serving as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries
• Acting as a liaison to the Accounting Department

Skills and Qualifications

• Adaptive personality with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Canva expertise is a must
• Detailed oriented and able to produce accurate work
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong time management with ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines
• Able to work in a fast-paced changing environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Solid oral and written communication skills
• Basic math and numeracy skills are essential
• 1+ years of media industry experience
• Minimum of an Associate’s degree required
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States
