🚨 Hiring: Software Test Analyst 5 – Salesforce/CRM Tester

📍 Location: Lansing, MI

💼 Duration: 12 Months + Possible Extension

🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – Tuesday & Wednesday onsite


We are looking for an experienced Salesforce/CRM Tester to support a major Enterprise Contact Center initiative.

🔑 Key Skills:

  • 6+ years Salesforce QA/Testing experience
  • 4+ years Salesforce Service Cloud
  • 4+ years Azure DevOps Test Suites
  • Salesforce Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
  • Salesforce Flows, Lightning, Apex & AppExchange
  • API Testing – REST, SOAP, Bulk API
  • Postman / SoapUI
  • Test Automation – Selenium or similar
  • SQL experience
  • Agile testing methodologies
  • Test case/script development and execution
  • Defect tracking and requirements-to-test traceability

⭐ Nice to Have:

  • NICE CXone / CCaaS testing
  • Government experience
  • Salesforce test automation tools
