Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Digital Marketing Executive with solid real estate experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through digital channels, converting prospects into clients, and driving property sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated sales and digital marketing strategies to drive property sales.
- Generate and nurture leads through social media, paid ads, property portals, referrals, and networking.
- Create and publish engaging property content (flyers, videos, reels, virtual tours, listings) across digital platforms.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) to attract qualified buyers.
- Respond promptly to online inquiries and convert digital leads into site inspections and closed deals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years proven experience in Real estate sales and digital marketing.
- Good spoken and written English- very important.
