Lead Cloud Native Developer (Python & AI/LLM)

We are looking for a Lead Cloud Native Developer who is ready to navigate the rapidly changing landscape of AI-integrated solutions and make them scalable through the cloud-native nature of their architecture. If you possess deep Python expertise, cloud engineering experience, technical leadership, and understanding of AI-powered workflows, there is a chance you are the perfect candidate for the role. You are not only going to use AI during the development phase but also generate business value by putting AI into the core of the architecture itself.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, establish workflows, scale the solution into clouds
• Design architecture, make it robust, efficient and observable
• Automate every step possible using IaC and AI
• Drive CI/CD workflow for regular automated application delivery
• Share your knowledge, contribute to community through mentoring your team members, participating in AI-focused events, and in general being a role-model for other developers. The ultimate goal for us is to design and build AI-integrated solutions, including but not limited to LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and AI agents

Requirements

• 5+ years in software development (Python)
• 1+ year of technical leadership experience
• Proven track record of designing cloud-scalable web architecture with a cost-effectiveness in mind
• Strong cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Hands-on AI experience both in leveraging AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and building AI-integrated solutions (LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, or integrations with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI)
• Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2+)

Nice to have

• Cloud platform certifications
• Experience with AI/LLM frameworks and tooling: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, vector stores (Azure AI Search, pgvector, Pinecone)
• Familiarity with AI orchestration patterns: multi-agent systems, evaluator-optimizer loops, RAG
• Knowledge of advanced cloud-native architectures

Salary range €4.5K-€6.5K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
