Head of General Legal Matters Unit

We are looking for a Head of General Legal Matters Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal support of the company’s multi-regional activities (Ukraine,Croatia; Switzerland; the Netherlands; Poland; etc.)
• Comprehensive general legal support (external and internal communications)
• Structuring contracts, trade, and commercial agreements
• Legal risk assessment and providing recommendations to the business, including corporate matters, HR issues, IT, IP, procurement, and operational support
• Personal data protection, HR security, and personnel risk management
• Counterparty onboarding; interaction with regulatory and law enforcement authorities
• Drafting / analysis / implementation of internal policies and regulations
• Monitoring compliance with corporate requirements
• Driving innovation within the legal function

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional experience
• Deep understanding of legal and business processes
• Fluent English and Ukrainian
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and anti-corruption policies
• Experience in risk management and making well‑reasoned decisions
• High level of responsibility, integrity, and a team-oriented mindset
