ERP Supporter (maternity cover)

We are looking for an ERP Supporter (D365) to join our Digital Operations team in Gdańsk. In this role, you will support our global organization, ensure high‑quality ERP performance, and help drive continuous improvement across our D365 Finance landscape. You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering efficient, customer‑focused digital support.

• Provide global D365 Finance support and ensure stable, reliable system performance 
• Maintain documentation for business processes and knowledge articles 
• Meet KPI goals and deliver customer‑focused Digital ERP support aligned with agreed service levels 
• Follow best practices within Digital Operations and contribute to continuous improvement 
• Seek effective solutions and knowledge from various sources to resolve issues efficiently 
• Create and update documentation to support users and internal teams 
• Ensure proper testing before releasing fixes to production 
• Use Data Management to import/export data in D365 
• Report significant achievements and challenges to your manager 

What do you need to be successful in this role:

• High computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009/2012 or D365 FO 
• Minimum 3 years of ERP experience, preferably within D365 Finance 
• SQL knowledge is a plus 
• Great English skills (minimum B2) 
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
