Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant

Who we are looking for

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to support discovery, requirements gathering, and design of CRM business processes. The consultant will translate business needs into solution configurations and guide stakeholders through the platform’s capabilities and best practices.

Must have:

• Min. 2 years of experience in working with the Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform-based solutions, ideally as a functional consultant, business analyst, system configurator or administrator
• In-depth knowledge of Power Apps or Dynamics 365 CRM applications (ideally both, but experience in one or the other is a must) and Power Automate
• Extensive experience in low-code configuration of model-driven PowerApps or Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including: data model, forms, views, charts, business process flows, workflows and business rules
• Experience in business analysis and system requirements creation
• C1 level in spoken and written English

Nice to Have:

• German language
• Experience in working in Agile methodology
• Experience with XRMToolbox
• Hands-on experience with Power Pages, Custom Pages, Power BI, AI-builder, Copilot Studio
• MS certification in Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM or Azure

Your future role

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional user stories and detailed specifications.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE: forms, views, business rules, security roles, model-driven apps, and Power Automate flows.
• Manage and work with Azure DevOps Boards, including backlog structuring, user story documentation, acceptance criteria, and tracking delivery progress.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, demos, and functional walkthroughs.
• Support test planning, UAT execution, and defect triage with business teams.
• Ensure functional design aligns with technical architecture and broader CRM solution principles.
• Prepare user guides, configuration documentation, and process flows.
