We are looking for a Test Data & Environment Specialist to join our organization and play a key role in strengthening our QA capabilities.

What You Will Do

  • Own and evolve our approach to test data and test environments across teams and initiatives.
  • Ensure test teams have reliable, representative, and fit-for-purpose data and environments when they need them.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, product teams, infrastructure, and other stakeholders to remove testability bottlenecks.
  • Contribute to and drive organization-wide QA initiatives, standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Help shape our overall test strategy and quality engineering practices.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and continuous improvement.
  • Bring a pragmatic, hands-on mindset to solving complex testing and testability challenges.

What We’re Looking For

You have strong experience in test data management and test environment management, combined with a broader understanding of software quality and testing.

You are someone who:

  • Understands modern QA practices and the challenges of testing in large organizations & complex IT Ecosystem.
  • Can think both strategically and hands-on.
  • Experience working with SaaS, PaaS and on Prem system.
  • Experience applying Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI to improve QA efficiency
  • Experience provisioning on demand synthetic test data .
  • Is comfortable working across teams and influencing without relying on formal authority.
  • Enjoys creating structure, standards, and solutions where things may previously have been fragmented.
  • Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with ERP is considered a plus.
