A large Microsoft consultancy is building its Data & AI capability in Switzerland following record business performance and increasing customer demand.

This is an opportunity to join the first generation of the local Data & AI team, with scope to help shape the capability as it grows.

You do not need to be a Microsoft Fabric expert.

We are looking for someone with a strong Data & AI foundation who can combine technical understanding with customer-facing consulting.

What You'll Do

• Advise customers on Data & AI strategy, architecture and transformation
• Attend board meetings to map out trategies
• Spearhead client meetings and architect data landscape
• Translate business challenges into practical Data & AI solutions
• Work across data engineering, analytics, architecture and AI
• Remain involved technically while operating confidently with customers
• Support projects from initial conversations through to delivery
• Help establish and grow the local Data & AI capability
• Develop toward greater solution architecture and leadership responsibility

What We're Looking For

• Strong professional background across Data, Analytics or AI
• Leadership, mentoring and hiring experience
• Experience with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data, Databricks or comparable technologies
• Understanding of data engineering, architecture, analytics and/or BI
• Exposure to AI and how it can be applied to business processes
• Strong customer-facing and consulting skills
• Able to communicate with both technical stakeholders and senior business decision-makers
• Comfortable being hands-on rather than operating purely at strategy/governance level
• Interest in helping build something from the ground up
