We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to maximize business value by translating approved domain priorities into delivery-ready requirements. You will own the product backlog, clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure delivery teams can execute with clear priorities, technical alignment, and quality standards.

• DADAI Delivery – Pharma R&D: Shape complex pharmaceutical R&D business priorities into delivery-ready data, analytics, and AI solutions within validated, high-compliance environments.
• DADAI Domain – Global Operations: Transform complex operational and supply chain processes into scalable data, analytics, and AI products by embedding machine learning models directly into business workflows.
• DADAI Domain – Revenue Management: Drive value across the Commercial Revenue domain by transforming complex commercial workflows, Gross-to-Net (GTN), pricing, and rebate processes into high-impact revenue analytics and data products.

YOUR MISSION:

• Translate approved business and domain priorities into clear product scope, epics, features, user stories, value hypotheses, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain, prioritize, and refine an executable product backlog, ensuring inputs meet quality standards and definition-of-ready criteria prior to PI / Sprint planning.
• Partner closely with CoEs, Enterprise Architecture, Data, Security, and cross-functional teams to refine delivery-ready scope and ensure architectural, compliance, and regulatory alignment.
• Act as the single product authority for ARTs, PODs, and vendor teams to make daily scope, priority, and trade-off decisions.
• Assess and resolve execution dependencies, data readiness, technical constraints, regulatory rules, and security implications at the product level.
• Define KPIs, drive product adoption, and integrate operational feedback loops (production learnings, defects, enhancement requests) back into backlog refinement and roadmap updates.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY:

• 5+ Years in Enterprise PO Roles: Proven track record in product ownership, backlog management, feature decomposition, and Agile/SAFe planning (10+ years required for Revenue Management).
• 3+ Years in Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience in Pharma R&D, Global Operations/Supply Chain, or Revenue Management (GTN, pricing, rebates, commercial analytics).
• Deep understanding of data lifecycles (SQL, ingestion, modeling), cloud data platforms, and integrating AI/ML models into workflows.
• Experience delivering on MS Azure, Databricks, or enterprise analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, SAP BW).
• Ability to evaluate technical impacts and align solutions with Architecture, Data Governance, Security, and Compliance/GxP standards.
• Strong communication skills to align cross-functional teams, resolve dependencies, and bridge business intent with technical delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI, Copilot, or enterprise AI frameworks.

NICE TO HAVE/ADVANTAGE:

• Regulated Environments: Experience delivering in validated, highly regulated environments (e.g., GxP, audit readiness, change control).
• Domain Platforms: Hands-on exposure to commercial revenue systems (e.g., Model N or similar enterprise revenue platforms).
• Certifications: SAFe POPM, SAFe Practitioner, Agile certifications, or ITIL Foundation exposure.
• Vendor Management: Experience directing external delivery partners and vendor teams.
