Project manager (Legacy to MS Dynamics)

Job Description

• The Project Manager will manage vendor execution against contract scope, schedule, deliverables, and quality expectations.
• The Project Manager will maintain a structured cadence for status reporting, action tracking, and escalation.
• The Project Manager must identify performance risks and drive corrective actions with the vendor.

• Courts is having a custom case management system built;
• This PM will work between the vendor building the system and Courts to keep the project on task.
• They will also be migrating data from an old Legacy system to MS Dynamics.
• Prior Experience: experience on projects valued at $10,000 or greater, where the candidate had day-to-day responsibility for managing vendor performance against scope, schedule, quality, and deliverable
• Vendor Management: Demonstrated experience leading vendor oversight activities.
• Hands-on Execution: Demonstrated the ability to independently maintain and drive an integrated project schedule, complete weekly status reporting and executive summaries, and track actions/decisions.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of project management experience with direct vendor oversight.
• Must have experience with complex IT/software implementation projects.
• Communication and Facilitation: Demonstrated the ability to facilitate meetings with mixed business and technical stakeholders.
• PMP preferred. Agile certification
• Previous MS Dynamics experience needed.
