We design and deliver solutions across both on-premise and cloud environments, working closely with enterprise customers from discovery through production.

Alongside customer projects, we build our own AI products such as CogniSpecta (enterprise knowledge & cognitive search) and CodeSpecta (AI-powered software engineering).

We're looking for a Senior/Expert AI & Data Scientist who combines strong data science fundamentals with hands-on experience or strong interest in Generative AI, LLM-based applications and enterprise AI solutions.

You will work on real-world AI problems including customer analytics, recommendation systems, churn and propensity modelling, intelligent document processing, enterprise knowledge assistants, AI agents and AI-powered automation solutions.

What You Will Work On

• Enterprise Generative AI and LLM applications
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and enterprise knowledge assistants
• AI agents and multi-step agentic workflows
• Customer churn, propensity, recommendation and segmentation models
• Intelligent document processing and information extraction
• On-premise, private-cloud and public-cloud AI architectures

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives and data constraints into well-defined AI and analytics solutions
• Design and develop machine learning, advanced analytics and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines; work with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search and reranking
• Design and implement AI agents integrated with enterprise applications and data platforms
• Evaluate models based on accuracy, latency, cost, privacy and infrastructure constraints
• Develop predictive models for churn, propensity, recommendation, segmentation and forecasting
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, AI Engineers and Solution Architects to move solutions from prototype to production
• Present analytical findings and AI solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related quantitative field
• 4+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or Applied AI
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with SQL and large datasets
• Strong understanding of classification, regression, clustering, recommendation systems, feature engineering and predictive modelling
• Experience building ML models using scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, PyTorch, TensorFlow or similar
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders

Generative AI & LLM Experience (highly preferred)

• LLMs, RAG, prompt/context engineering, embeddings, semantic search, vector databases
• AI agents, agentic workflows, open-source LLMs, LLM evaluation
• Frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Hugging Face are a plus

AI Engineering & Data Experience (a plus)

• REST APIs, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, MLflow
• Cloud AI platforms, GPU infrastructure, on-premise LLM deployment
• Data Warehousing, Spark, Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake

Domain Experience (a plus)

• Banking & Financial Services, Retail, E-commerce, Telecommunications, Enterprise Software
