What is the Main Aim of This Position?

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Specialist to join the ETİ Information Technologies team, taking technical ownership of our cloud platforms and services while continuously improving platform performance, capacity, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

Our cloud ecosystem currently operates primarily on Microsoft Azure. We expect you to contribute to the development of a sustainable, optimized, manageable cloud environment that can adapt to evolving cloud technologies.

What We Expect from You?

• To manage the operations and technical lifecycle of cloud platforms and PaaS services,

• To operate, monitor, manage capacity, and resolve issues in containerized and Kubernetes-based platforms,

• To take an active role in the operation of our existing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments,

• To manage capacity, workspaces, and platform operations for Microsoft Fabric,

• To contribute to the evaluation, implementation, and operation of new cloud and managed services,

• To regularly analyze cloud resource consumption, capacity, performance, and costs,

• To lead FinOps and optimization initiatives, including right-sizing, identification of idle resources, capacity optimization, and evaluation of cost-effective pricing models,

• To monitor cloud consumption trends and cost anomalies, develop technical optimization actions, and track their implementation,

• To support the implementation of cloud governance standards, including Identity & Access Management (IAM), policies, resource organization, tagging, and naming conventions,

• To monitor and improve the operational health of platforms through monitoring, logging, and observability tools,

• To collaborate with application, data, network, security, and infrastructure teams in onboarding new applications and projects to cloud platforms,

• To drive automation of repetitive operational processes and initiatives to improve cloud operational efficiency.

Why You?

• If you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, another relevant Science/Engineering discipline,

• If you have 4–6+ years of professional experience in PaaS and cloud services,

• If you have experience with one or more cloud service domains such as applications, web services, containers/Kubernetes, databases, messaging services, and related Technologies,

• If you have ability to analyze technical requirements, design solution alternatives using appropriate cloud services, and translate them into implementable platform architectures,

• If you have knowledge or experience in cloud resource utilization, capacity planning, and cost optimization in line with FinOps principles,

• If you have experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks or equivalent platforms,

• If you have basic understanding of cloud IAM, authorization, and governance principles,

• If you have FMCG and/or manufacturing industry experience, it will be considered an advantage,

• If you have have excellent command of written and spoken English.
