Senior AI/ML Engineer

What will you do?

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain production-grade machine learning models and AI applications for business needs.
• Build scalable data, feature, ML, and LLM pipelines from experimentation through production.
• Develop clean, maintainable, testable, and production-ready Python code.
• Deploy ML and AI solutions using Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, model versioning, experiment tracking, reproducibility, and lifecycle management.
• Build and optimize LLM applications, RAG architectures, document ingestion pipelines, vector search, and agentic workflows.
• Implement model and LLM serving APIs, tool/function calling, structured outputs, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Develop prompt templates, prompt versioning, evaluation frameworks, and quality measures for LLM-based applications.
• Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, observability, security controls, guardrails, and hallucination mitigation mechanisms.
• Optimize models and AI applications for accuracy, performance, scalability, latency, cost, and operational reliability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve ML and AI systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, cloud engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, reusable components, and engineering best practices.
• Stay current with developments in machine learning, MLOps, generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, and cloud technologies.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, AI/ML, software engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Proven experience taking machine learning solutions from experimentation through deployment and production operations.
• Strong professional experience with Python and software development best practices.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, including model development, validation, feature engineering, evaluation, optimization, and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable data, ML, and MLOps pipelines.
• Experience with model serving, REST APIs, microservices, databases, and enterprise application integrations.
• Practical experience with at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of model versioning, experiment tracking, reproducibility, monitoring, logging, observability, and production support.
• Experience optimizing ML and AI solutions for performance, scalability, latency, cost, and reliability.
• Practical experience developing LLM-based applications, RAG solutions, or agentic AI systems.
• Familiarity with document ingestion, parsing, chunking, metadata management, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and information retrieval.
• Experience with prompt engineering, prompt templates, prompt versioning, structured outputs, and LLM evaluation.
• Knowledge of tool calling, function calling, workflow orchestration, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Experience with one or more LLM or AI frameworks, such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience developing applications using one or more LLM providers or platforms, such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.
• Understanding of LLM-specific risks, including hallucinations, prompt injection, data privacy, access control, security, and the need for appropriate guardrails.
• Good command of English, with the ability to prepare technical documentation and communicate effectively with technical and business teams.
