PSYCHIATRIST – TRIPLER ARMY MEDICAL CENTER | HONOLULU, HAWAII

We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join the team at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Tripler Army Medical Center, Honolulu, HI
• Specialty: Psychiatry
• Status: Full-time
• Start Date: October 1, 2026
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
• No on-call requirement

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnose and treat patients within granted clinical privileges
• Conduct TMS mapping and remapping visits
• Perform initial patient assessments in person or via telehealth
• Confirm diagnoses and document medical necessity
• Oversee TMS technicians and co-sign treatment notes
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed
• Provide discharge summaries and coordinate care with referring clinicians
• Educate and collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Current, full, active, unrestricted medical license
• Board certification recognized by ABMS or AOA
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Current DEA registration
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must meet DoD/Military Treatment Facility credentialing and privileging requirements
