该职位来源于猎聘 The ideal candidate will build and maintain data pipelines, datasets, and infrastructure that enable advanced AI/ML applications, including large-scale model training, evaluation, and deployment support. You will work closely with machine learning engineers, algorithm experts, software engineers, and cross-functional teams around the globe to deliver reliable data foundations for next-generation automotive AI platforms and intelligent systems. Required 1、Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or related fields 2、Analytical skills and solid understanding of data processing for machine learning tasks 3、Software engineering experience, with the ability to build data workflows from scratch as well as improve existing data systems 4、Professional experience (2 years+) in Python and common data engineering or data processing frameworks 5、Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL/ELT workflows (e.g., Airflow, Spark, Databricks, etc.), and cloud or big data platforms 6、Knowledge of machine learning development workflows and collaboration with ML engineers is preferred 7、Ability to track the latest industry trends and adapt data engineering solutions to evolving AI/ML needs 8、Professional experience in at least one of the following fields:

• Building and maintaining data pipelines for AI/ML training, inference workflows
• Data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, labeling, and versioning for machine learning projects
• Structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data management for image, video, sensor, text, or multimodal datasets
• Data quality monitoring, validation, and dataset governance for AI pipelines
• Supporting deep learning projects with efficient data preparation and feature engineering pipelines
• Developing data tools and automation for annotation, ground truth generation, or ML workflow optimization
