Senior Analytics Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 JOB PURPOSE: Data is the critical enabler for our future growth. We are seeking a skilled Senior Analytics Engineer to join our new AI & Data Engineering team. You will be a key contributor in designing and building our new global Data Lakehouse on a modern Azure and Databricks stack. In this role, you will serve as the crucial bridge between raw data engineering and business value by constructing a highly robust semantic layer using dbt and deploying scalable, enterprise-grade reporting environments on Power BI Premium Capacity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: As Solutions Architect, you will: Semantic Modeling & Governance: Architect and maintain a scalable semantic layer using dbt, ensuring that business definitions, logic, and metrics are consistent and standardized across the global organization. BI Architecture & Optimization: Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade datasets and workspaces within Power BI Premium Capacity. Optimize DAX queries, data models, and refresh schedules for maximum performance and cost efficiency. Build & Implement: Take a hands-on role in implementing data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration workflows using tools like Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake), dbt, and Fivetran Promote Best Practices: Apply and champion our standards for data modeling, ELT patterns, CI/CD, data testing, and observability within a modern DevOps culture Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to other engineers on the team

What You Need To Succeed

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for hands-on innovation. You are an effective communicator who thrives on solving complex problems. Key Skills Solid experience in a data-focused role such as a Data Engineer, Data Scientist, or Data Analyst, with a demonstrated ability to design technical solutions.

Deep expertise in Power BI Premium Capacity, including advanced DAX, tabular data modeling, workspace administration, and deployment pipelines. Proficiency in dbt for data transformation, testing, and semantic modeling, paired with advanced SQL skills. Demonstrable experience in data modelling and building scalable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Hands-on expertise with the modern data stack, including Databricks, PowerBI Premium XMLA Endpoint or Enhanced API Experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure Familiarity with Data Mesh principles and data product management LEADERSHIP:
