Business Intelligence Specialist

• Job Description Business Intelligence & Data Analytics
• Develop and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into data and reporting solutions.
• Transform raw data into meaningful business insights through data modeling, visualization, and analytics.

Data Processing & Analytics

• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple data sources.
• Develop data models and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, QlikView, etc.).
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and provide actionable recommendations for business improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting systems.

BI System Development & Support

• Support the development, deployment, and maintenance of BI applications and DWH solutions.
• Collaborate with Business and IT teams to validate data, troubleshoot issues, and improve BI systems.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for BI tools, reporting, and data-related inquiries.
• Participate in BI initiatives and digital transformation projects.

• Core Skill Requirement
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related majors.

• Power BI (preferred)
• SQL
• Python
• SSIS
• Databricks
• Data Warehouse (DWH)
• ETL Process
• Data Modeling
• Automation tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, AI)
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
• Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good business acumen and project management skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience in FMCG, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, or Consulting industries is an advantage.
