Job Title: Scrum Master PM

Job Location: Hartford, CT [Onsite Work]

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Must be from an insurance background working as a Scrum Master/PM managing multiple scrum teams. Must have a background with Snowflake, data engineering, data warehousing, and cloud data.

Role Summary

Looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Snowflake Data Engineering Data Warehousing and Cloud Data Modernization projects The candidate will drive Agile delivery manage stakeholders and ensure successful execution of data initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Standups Reviews and Retrospectives

• Remove impediments and manage risks dependencies and escalations

• Work closely with Product Owners Architects Data Engineers and business stakeholders

• Track Agile metrics and ensure ontime delivery

• Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices

• Provide regular project status and stakeholder communication

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of overall IT experience with 5 years as a Scrum Master

• Strong expertise in Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies

• Experience delivering Snowflake Data Warehouse Data Lake ETLELT and Data Migration projects

• Good understanding of Snowflake architecture data modeling and cloud platforms AWSAzure

• Handson experience with Jira Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred

• CSM PSM SAFe Scrum Master certification

• Experience in Data Modernization and Cloud Migration programs

• Insurance domain experience is a plus
