Job Description

Position Summary

Leads global sales strategy and execution for the Water & Wastewater business. Responsible for revenue growth, market expansion, and building a high-performance sales team. Oversees sales infrastructure, channel partners, and ensures alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve sustained annual and long-term growth objectives.
• Develop comprehensive annual and quarterly sales strategies to meet established sales and margin objectives.
• Deliver detailed market analysis and competitive intelligence to the leadership team.
• Lead sales forecasting, performance analysis, and pricing strategies.
• Manage key industry events as well as significant product launches.
• Manage global sales operations budget and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Line Management and Product Development to gather market intelligence for new offerings and provide sales leadership throughout development.
• Develop and execute the Water & Wastewater sales operations budget, including best-in-class sales performance metrics and processes to maximize revenue and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in executive sales leadership, preferably in water/wastewater markets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel globally up to 50% of the time.
