About Our Agency

Our agency opened in 2004 and is a close-knit team of four backed by over 36 years of experience with State Farm. Before becoming an agent, I worked in auto claims at the corporate level, which helped shape a strong understanding of how to best support our customers.

I’m a graduate of Rutgers University, married with two kids, and enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling.

We stay actively involved in the community, especially supporting youth-focused initiatives like back-to-school drives, holiday events, and career day programs.

Role Description

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lisa Craddock - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
