- Serve as the lead advocate and subject matter expert for all products within the assigned portfolio.
- Design and implement an effective and budget-conscious marketing plan, ensuring all initiatives are executed within the set timelines.
- Stay informed on all internal and external factors affecting product performance, including market competition, pricing trends, regulatory policies, and distribution channels.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager in the development of training programs and support the delivery of product training for Sales team members.
- Engage regularly with Sales teams to strengthen and expand their product knowledge and competencies.
- Establish and sustain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders across relevant specialties.
- Maintain and regularly update monthly rolling forecasts for assigned products.
- Execute tasks and projects directed by the Sales and Marketing Manager in support of overall strategic objectives.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor to help achieve organizational goals.
- Bachelors degree in a business-related course
- At least 3 years of experience in Brand management (Oncology)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical setting
- At least 3 years of experience in market research, data analysis, and interpretation
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development and management
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Computer literate with solid presentation skills
- Willing to travel nationwide and conduct fieldwork
