Process Automation Implementation Specialist

Digital Office is looking for a Process Automation Implementation Specialist to join our Implementation team and help our clients transform business processes into efficient digital workflows.

This role is for someone who enjoys understanding how businesses work, solving process challenges, and turning requirements into reliable automation solutions. You will not just configure processes—you will help design solutions that improve how organizations work.

What you'll be doing:

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into digital workflow solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement automated processes, forms, validations, and business logic.
• Prepare implementation documentation, tasks, and test scenarios (support UAT)
• Identify and resolve implementation issues and continuously improve processes.
• Collaborate with Business Process Analysts, Implementation Specialists, and clients (projects)

Work closely with:

• Implementation teams & Business Process Analysts
• Customer teams during implementation and adoption

You will have the opportunity to work on real business processes, learn from experienced colleagues, and grow into a key role in digital transformation projects.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in software implementation, BPMN/DMS/ERP solutions, business analysis, or similar roles. (Camunda, Power Automate, MS Dynamics)
• Experience with business process analysis and workflow automation.
• Understanding of the software implementation lifecycle (analysis, configuration, testing, delivery).
• Ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility for delivered solutions.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end enterprise implementations (BPM, CRM, DMS, ERP)
• Experience working with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Experience working directly with customers.
