ICT Software Engineer Expert - .NET / Azure

ICT Software Engineer Expert - .NET / Azure position for our client in the public sector in Fribourg.

Your tasks:


  • Developing and enhancing backend applications and services within a large-scale digitalisation programme.
  • Designing and implementing solutions using .NET, ASP.NET Core and C#.
  • Developing microservices based on modern architectural principles such as Hexagonal Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
  • Implementing authentication and authorization solutions using OpenID Connect and OAuth2.
  • Integrating cloud services including Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions and Azure Entra ID.
  • Developing and maintaining frontend components using Vue.js 3, Pinia, TypeScript, Quasar and Sass.
  • Supporting automated build, testing and deployment processes within an industrialised CI/CD environment.
  • Working with Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Terraform, Kubernetes and IIS.
  • Collaborating with architects, developers and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

Your experience/knowledge:


  • Several years of professional experience as a Senior/Expert Software Engineer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with .NET, ASP.NET Core and C#.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architectures, Hexagonal Architecture and DDD.
  • Practical experience with OpenID Connect, OAuth2 and Azure Entra ID.
  • Experience with Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions.
  • Knowledge of MassTransit and/or NServiceBus.
  • Experience with Vue.js 3, Pinia, TypeScript, Quasar and Sass.
  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines.
  • Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, IIS and MSTest.
  • Flowable experience is an advantage.
  • Fluent French is required.
